CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES

  • Chaired the PhD Review Committee which revised the program for Auburn's PhD in Management (2003).
  • Developed a proposal for updating the MBA program at Auburn (2003).
  • Developed Auburn's new MNGT 4800 Strategic Management course, which includes use of the Capstone Simulation (2000).
  • Developed new curriculum for BUSI7130/7136: Strategic Analysis and the Competitive Environment (2000).
  • Member of the Sony VIP Program development team (1997-1998)
  • Member of the MBA Curriculum Revision committee (Chair from 1990 to 1993, member from 1997 to 1999).
  • Member of  Management of Technology track for MBA program (1995-1999).
  • Developed and teach MGMT 616: Strategic Management of Technology and Innovation as alternative capstone course for the MBA Management of Technology track.
  • Developed and teach Strategic Management Seminar for Auburn PhD students.
  • Developed and provided international training program for agricultural industries in Alabama and Japan at Auburn University, funded by a grant from the Japan-American Society for developing  international relationships.
  • Revised and implemented The University of Georgia's MBA and Ph.D. Programs as Director of Graduate Programs(1980-1986).
  • Developed and taught MAN 855, Managing Technological Entrepreneurship  and Innovation at The University of Georgia (1985).
  • Developed and taught MAN 956, Business and Competitive Strategy at The University of Georgia (1982).
