who have a legitimate educational interest in the records. "Directory
Information" is defined as those items listed on the student's
"registration card" which has traditionally included name, addresses & phone numbers,
and class schedule. A student may deny the release of directory
information by requesting of the Registrar's Office that the information
not be released.
